Terms of Service

1. Who can use FirstPing
You must be 18 or older to use FirstPing. By creating an account or starting a guest session, you confirm you are 18+ and agree to these terms.
2. Acceptable use
Be a decent person. Do not use FirstPing to harass, threaten, or abuse other users; to share illegal content; to impersonate someone else; or to spam or scrape the service. We may remove content or restrict access for behavior that violates these terms.
3. Guest sessions
Logging in as a guest creates a temporary, anonymous session. Guest profile data is not permanently stored the way a registered account is — it is cleared when you log out or your session ends. If you were chatting with someone else at the time, your messages remain visible in their conversation, but your profile is anonymized (shown as a guest who has left).
4. Messaging
FirstPing is an in-app chat experience. We do not send messages to your email or phone, and we do not send browser push notifications. All conversations happen within the app while you're signed in.
5. Moderation
We may mute or ban accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the service, with or without notice. A muted account can stay connected but cannot send messages; a banned account is disconnected and cannot sign back in.
6. No warranty
FirstPing is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as FirstPing evolves. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
